I moved my blog to here

Yesterday I finished the hat my grandma asked for when she came over on christmas. It's a light teal and pretty warm! This lady will wear anything though...she's usually wearing a crazy fluorescent yellow hat! I'm sure she'll like it =)

Now I'm working on one for my dad's friend who's training to become a state police officer (got to butter up to the Man now... XD). I was digging through my stash and through all the pink, purple and fun fur I finally found a manly color. It's navy blue, I'm unsure what's it is made of but it's soft and warm enough for upstate (that's where he is now) hopefully.

Christmas knits

Just a list of things I knitted my family and friends for Christmas.
Friends 1, 2 and 3: Littled felted monster bears inspired from the 101 one skein book
Friend 4: a scarf
Aunt 1: a hat
Aunt 2 and 3: dishcloths- one with a lovely lace heart another with lace columns
Grandma: a potholder
Nephew: 2 hats
Mom: a cabled hat
Teacher: a felted knitty

I'm on a frenzy making them now...will that be what my other relatives will get for christmas?
hmm although I don't think making one means I'm making a lot of them XD But they're so pretty..need to stock on cotton.

I didn't have much time there because the PSAT's were over at 11:30am and we got to the festival at 3:30pm...
but next year I'll have a better idea of what's there...
